Please read these terms before dining with us

Welcome to Mini Malaysia. By making a reservation or dining with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before your visit.

1. Reservations

  • Reservations can be made via WhatsApp, phone call, or in person at the restaurant.
  • A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from our team.
  • Please arrive within 15 minutes of your reserved time. We may release your table if you are late without prior notice.
  • For large groups (6 or more), please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 2 hours before your reservation time.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in future reservations being declined.
  • For large group bookings, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a partial charge.

3. Dining Policies

  • Mini Malaysia is a halal restaurant. All food served is prepared in accordance with halal standards.
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the premises unless agreed in advance for special occasions.
  • We welcome guests of all ages. We kindly ask that children are supervised at all times.
  • Mini Malaysia reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a disruptive or disrespectful manner.
  • Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. While we take care to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free kitchen.

4. Payments

  • We accept cash and major mobile payment methods available in Bangladesh.
  • All prices displayed on our menu are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Menu pricing at the time of your visit applies.
  • Splitting bills between multiple payment methods is subject to availability at the time of payment.

5. Special Events & Private Dining

  • Private dining and event bookings require a separate agreement. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
  • A deposit may be required to secure private event bookings. This will be communicated clearly at the time of booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation made less than 48 hours before the event.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Mini Malaysia and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mini Malaysia is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property that occurs on our premises, except where required by law. We take reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment for all guests.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
